1. Account Setup and Eligibility

You agree to provide accurate and current information when setting up your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. HostingOn is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Our services must be used for lawful purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our servers:

• Phishing & Scam Sites: Hosting fake banking sites, government portals, or any fraudulent pages.
• Illegal Content: Distributing copyrighted material without permission, child exploitation content, or content promoting violence/terrorism.
• Malicious Scripts: Hosting malware, viruses, botnets, or scripts intended to harm other networks.
• Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM) is strictly forbidden.

3. Payment and Renewal

Services are provided on a prepaid basis. Invoices are generated prior to the renewal date. Failure to pay by the due date may result in service suspension. Accounts that remain unpaid for an extended period may be terminated, and data may be deleted permanently.

4. Backups and Data Loss

While we may perform routine backups for our own server restoration purposes, HostingOn does not guarantee the availability of backups for your specific data. You are solely responsible for maintaining local copies of your website files, databases, and emails. We accept no liability for data loss caused by user error, hardware failure, or security breaches.

5. Resource Usage (Shared Hosting)

Users on shared hosting plans may not use excessive system resources (CPU, RAM, Disk I/O) that negatively impact other customers. If your account consistently exceeds these limits, we may ask you to upgrade to a VPS or Dedicated Server plan.

6. Third-Party Products

HostingOn may offer third-party software (e.g., cPanel, WordPress, Softaculous). We provide these "as is" and do not guarantee their functionality or security. Support for third-party scripts is limited to installation assistance only.

7. Limitation of Liability

HostingOn shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising from the use of our services or the inability to use our services (e.g., server downtime, data loss, or service interruption).

8. Service Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may terminate your account at any time regarding abuse, violation of terms, or non-payment. If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., phishing), no refund will be issued.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hanumangarh, Rajasthan. Any legal disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hanumangarh.

10. Changes to Terms

HostingOn reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or a notice on our website.
