Refunds are available only within **7 days** of service activation for Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Cloud Hosting, and Offshore Hosting services with durations of 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. Refunds are not available for annual plans, domain purchases, or reseller hosting plans.
Refund Processing Timeline: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 working days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used by the customer.
Refunds are not applicable for any fees, including administrative fees and taxes, for the following:
Refunds are not available for VPS plans, Telegram Bot Servers, or Dedicated Servers. Refunds will only be issued if the server is delivered incorrectly or is completely non-functional. In case of network-related issues, we will either replace the server or resolve the issue promptly. Refunds will not be granted for any other reason.
Offshore services are refundable within 7 days only if the client has not engaged in activities such as phishing, creating fake government portals, or hosting illegal content. If such activities are detected and the service is suspended, no refund will be issued.
Refunds are not available for Reseller Hosting. As reseller plans are designed for business use, support will be provided to resolve any issues. Refunds will only be issued if the problem is deemed unresolvable. No further discussion will be entertained once services are purchased.
Our website development services may include third-party plugins, themes, or modules. While we ensure proper integration, HostingOn is not responsible for the performance, compatibility, or functionality of third-party tools. If such components fail, we will assist with identification and possible fixes, but we are not liable for their behavior.
Services offered by HostingOn must only be used for legal purposes. Transmission, storage, or distribution of materials violating any law—including but not limited to copyrighted works, trademarks, obscene or defamatory content, illegal threats, or materials violating export control laws—is strictly prohibited.
If you purchase website development services from HostingOn, your site data will be retained as long as hosting is active. If hosting is not renewed, we retain data for 1 month. After that period, we are not responsible for data loss. Please note that hosting and development are separate services, and hosting must be renewed to keep development work active.
